Original and certified parts, explained before replacement

A good repair depends on the right part, the right installation, and an honest explanation of options. EPPY separates part quality, warranty, and price before the repair is approved.

Original or certified components are prioritized for repairs where reliability and display or battery behavior matter most.

Part options are discussed together with price, warranty, and expected device behavior.

Technicians check compatibility and function after installation, not just whether the device turns on.

Why part category matters

Screens, batteries, cameras, charging assemblies, and sensors affect daily use differently. A cheaper part may be acceptable for some cases, but display color, touch behavior, battery reporting, or water-resistance expectations must be explained before the customer chooses.

Certified alternatives without hiding tradeoffs

When a certified alternative is offered, it should come with a clear reason: availability, budget, device age, or repair economics. The customer should understand how that option compares with an original part.

Checks after installation

After a part is installed, technicians check the functions connected to that part: display, brightness, touch, Face ID or Touch ID where relevant, charging, cameras, speakers, wireless modules, and battery behavior.
