Repair flow

  • You send the model, city, symptom, and damage photos.
  • We clarify the issue, part availability, and urgency.
  • We confirm the initial price, handoff method, and timing.
  • We schedule on-site repair, pickup/delivery, or technician handoff.
  • The device is diagnosed before repair.
  • If diagnostics changes the quote, the repair is approved again.
  • After repair, the device is tested and returned.
  • You receive warranty terms for the completed repair.

When repair can be done on the spot

Some common repairs can be done quickly when the model is known, the part is available, and the device does not need complex diagnostics. Liquid damage, board faults, overheating, or data risk require inspection first.
