Warranty usually ranges from 1 to 6 months and depends on the repair type, installed part, and device condition. Extended terms apply only when written on the receipt before repair starts.

What is covered

  • The installed part and technician labor for the same fault.
  • Installation defects or a repeat issue from the confirmed repair cause.
  • Device inspection when a warranty claim is opened.

What is not covered

  • New drop, impact, liquid exposure, or physical damage.
  • Self-opening, third-party repair marks, or unsafe charging accessories.
  • Hidden board faults, old liquid damage, and data recovery without a guaranteed result.
